Insoles that provide maximum protection for the diabetic and sensitive foot. Full length multi-density insole with a Plastazote top cover designed to be used with all diabetic shoe types. Medicare approved. These insoles can be heat molded to make full contact with your foot including your arch. Your new pre-fabricated orthotics will come with wearing instructions so please read them carefully when you receive your order. Our Diabetic Insert is Medicare approved. We do not bill insurance companies for our products so if you would like reimbursement it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company.

 

Available in Women's sizes 6-11 and Men's sizes 8-15. When you receive your inserts, they may need to be trimmed to fit inside your shoes. Once they are trimmed, they can not be returned so please follow the Wearing Instructions that will accompany your new inserts.
