What is an orthotic? An Orthotic is any artificial item attached to a part of ones body that alters the motion and bio-mechanics of that particular body part. As it applies to the foot, it is an item that changes the function of ones gait to improve function and also to relieve areas of pain and discomfort. Anyone experiencing any of the following problems can benefit from foot orthotics: fallen arches, pronation of the foot, heel pain, limb length discrepancy, metatarsal drop or pain, cavus or high arch feet, supination, posterior tibial dysfunction, calluses or lesions, foot fatigueand general footpain. Foot orthotics are used by the vast majority of athletes (weekend included) to increase performance.

How do I wear my orthotics? How do I break in my orthotic? Your new custom foot orthotics will come with wearing instructions. If you have not worn foot inserts or custom orthotics before, we suggest gradually breaking in your new orthotics: one hour the first day, two hours the second day, three hours the third day, etc. If at any time you experience discomfort, remove your orthotics from your shoes and try again the next day. If you still continue to have pain, stop wearing your orthotics and contact us. Sometimes an orthotic can create a different weight bearing feeling in your shoes. This is perfectly normal and any uncomfortable feeling you should encounter should disappear in time. Your feet are simply adjusting to the realignment resulting from you new foot orthotics. Remove your shoe's insoles while wearing your orthotics.

What is your return policy and product guarantee? All orthoticsandmore.com products come with a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee for the first thirty days (upon your receipt). Within our Sizing tab, we have sizing information to help you measure your feet and shoe size charts so you can convert your measurements to your proper size. If you are ordering a Crocs shoe, please print out the Crocs sizing chart and you can measure your feet based on their customized chart. This chart can be found under our Sizing tab on our homepage.
